Sewage Treatment Plants
The sewage treatment plants are becoming of great importance in the current century due to the increase of population and shortage of water sources. The need of water recycling to be reused for irrigation and other useful uses proved to be crucial. It saves lot of waste water and it is an economical method consequently.
The sewage undergoes many stages for settlement, filtration and disaffection process. We have the experience and capability to supply, install and commission the sewage treatment plants.
Glass Lined Tanks
We are specialized in execution glass fused to steel tanks in ovens with a temperature of 800 C, for drinking water, sewage water, fire water, petrol and chemicals.
The glass is fused with the steel sheet at very high temperature which gives the steel of the tank extra protection. The tank sheets are connected together at site by special type of bolts and sika on the required area and with proper height to achieve giant volumes up to 20,000 M3 of water.
Filtration and softening systems
Filtration of water is required in many cases to remove the dust and strange particles from water to become suitable for usage in drinking, irrigation or water coolers towers.
Also softening of water is very essential to remove the hard ions like calcium, magnesium and Iron from water, which cause scaling of pipes in the houses and the factories. Hard ions also cause some negative effect on skin, hair, clothes and utensils. The softeners often provide the solution for such usages and this is a part of our services.
Other Services
Our activities are not limited to the above-mentioned fields such as building pressure pump systems and pipe lines suitable for various uses as well as fire systems and water-cooling towers. We have the ability to execute the correlated works to our plants such as civil and electrical works, electric control panels and Scada control systems.
